Monday-Friday: (By appointment) 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays:  Closed

What do I do if I have an emergency?
In the case of a health emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest hospital's Emergency Department.
Ring (02) 9498 1888 during surgery hours or to be advised of after-hours arrangements at any time.

What happens if I cannot make an appointment?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments that are missed and not cancelled with more than 3 hours notice may attract a fee.

Are my medical records, test results and consultations kept confidential?
Patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential at all times.

Are children given priority?
Sick babies and children will be seen as a priority on the day on which you ring. The receptionists understand this and if you explain the problem, they will fit you in.

Can I schedule a home visit?
This service is available to our patients in the vicinity of our practice.
It is available for patients who are unable to attend the surgery.
Visits are scheduled for the middle of the day and should be requested by 11 am if possible.

Can I ring to speak to a doctor?
Phone calls are welcome. The receptionists may be able to help you.
If not, they will forward the call to the appropriate doctor.
If the doctor is with a patient when you call, you may need to call back as arranged with the receptionist.

Can you bulk bill my consultation fee?
Holders of Pensioner Health Benefit Cards, and Veteran Affairs entitlement Cards will be Bulk Billed by Drs Kluger, Dunnet and McArthur and discounted by Dr Elion, in certain circumstances.
